My husband and I want to thank you for all your work in selling our condo. We appreciated your promptness, your forthright advice, your attention to detail, and your patience. The fact that you were always on time for our meetings showed consideration for our hectic lives; yet at no time did we feel rushed during our meetings with you. In your capacity as a professional, you took the time to explain things clearly and advise us carefully. Although you were probably very busy, we always felt as if we were your most important clients and that you were working very hard for our concerns. In addition, we were impressed with your patience: not only did you take the time to show us comparable units in the same complex, but you also gracefully accepted our decision to leave, and then later return, to the market. Finally, we felt fortunate that our unit sold (while others in the same complex did not), given the market at the time, and, for even more than we were willing to settle. Thank you, Kyle for your work on our behalf, and best of luck in your future endeavours.
